For Skin Care; mix a small amount (10% dilution) with your favorite cream, lotion, make-up remover, shower gel, shampoo, face mask and lip balms. For Nail Care just rub a small amount into your nails and cuticles. For Hair Care, gently massage and rub the oil on the scalp. add to your own favorite shampoo or hair conditioner.*
